It's becoming tougher and tougher for families to find a quick but healthy dinner. Of course, between my occupation, kids, and day-to-day errands, I've been sucked into microwave minutes just like the next person. Regularly I'm forced to purchase family supper at terribly unhealthy burger places. Without fail I am ashamed, but life is just too complex to have it any other way.

A short while ago a solution for my family appeared in just down the street. It's a bakery, catering, and a great place that serves dinner. They have a large food selection which comes in handy for my contrasting family. Even my notoriously fussy daughter gobbles up a few of their menu items.
