I've been with the same place for a few years now. I really the work and the office atmosphere is great but last fall I had a complete deficiency of motivation. Maybe it was the end of summer but my attitude appeared to be common throughout the office. Our boss been privy to the malaise because before long everyone had to attend a CEO business group seminar.

Initially I was cynical. Coming of age in the as the same time as the Internet, along with such movies as Office Space I address everything with an eye roll. This was before the seminar. Following the team building workshop my opinion changed. During the seminar we witnessed interesting, uplifting, and exciting motivational speakers. The exercises were enlightening. Plus, thesnacks were delicious. But most importantly I returned to the office with renewed motivation, healthier leadership skills, and a better relationship with everyone in my company. Don't be a cynic. The CEO business group will do you some good.
